The IKA PETTE fix and vario pipettes, with their total of 18 different models, received two awards in 2020 for their outstanding design quality - the iF Design Award and the German Design Award 2020 in the category "Excellent Product Design - Industry". The clever ergonomic design of the PETTE not only looks good, but also proves its worth especially when pipetting frequently in the laboratory. Because every hand is different, PETTE comes with three interchangeable ergonomic handles. In addition, the large mechanical volume display is one of the special features of the design. Studies by the University of St. Gallen have placed IKA in the World Market Leader Index for years already. The corresponding seal of WirtschaftsWoche may again be carried by our company in 2022. IKA has also been repeatedly recognized for its innovative spirit. In 2021, IKA was again among the most innovative companies in Germany, honored by the TOP 100 panel and mentor Ranga Yogeshwar for the fifth time. In 2015, IKA even made it to second place in the class of companies with more than 250 employees. Whether the reddot design award or the German Design Award: products from IKA convince over and over again with their particularly successful user-friendly design. This is also the case with the MATRIX Orbital Delta Plus thermal shaker, which received the German Design Award in 2021 for its outstanding design quality in the category "Excellent Product Design - Industry". With its choice, the German Design Council underlines that design and manufacturing quality go hand in hand.The two magnetic stirrers with glass surface, C-MAG HS 7 control and RCT digital, received awards in the same category in 2018. The Ministar 80 control stirrer even received the award with a "Special Mention". In the same year, the high-performance disperser T 25 easy clean ULTRA-TURRAX® was honored with the German Design Award as a technical world first. And in 2020, the IKA PETTE was honored with the award for outstanding design quality.
